Game Economy Design
I created a game economy for a hypothetical game that is completely unique, and detailed everything from its implementation to how it interacts with the game environment.
Concept
The game that I am developing the economy for is a PvE story driven game that challenges the traditional understanding of economics. The world where the game takes place is one where Corruption has taken root, and poisons everyone who inhabits it. The denizens are barely surviving, as the Corruption infects them through environmental hazards and monsters surround the few safe areas.
Corruption is the currency that is traded by giving it away to others in addition to whatever goods or services they are purchasing.
